Cancellation Policy

📌 Bougie Bratz Booking Policies 1. Deposits & Payments A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. Remaining balance is due the day of the party before festivities begin. Payments can be made via Credit, Debit, Cashapp or ApplyPay. 2. Guest Count & Headcount Confirmation Final guest count is required 3 days before your party. Any additional children who attend but weren’t included in the final headcount will be charged an extra fee ($20–$30 per child, depending on service level). Supplies and services are reserved for confirmed guests only. 3. Travel Policy Packages include travel within a 25-mile radius of our Pensacola zip code. Travel outside this radius will incur an additional fee (quoted at booking). 4. Arrival & Party Timing Parties begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will join the activities already in progress. Guests must have all nail polish removed before arrival. Parties typically last 1.5–2 hours, depending on the package. Extra time can be purchased: $50 per half hour or $100 per full hour (must be arranged in advance). 5. Safety & Service Disclaimer Bougie Bratz spa services are for entertainment purposes only. We do not cut, file, or push back cuticles, and no sharp tools are used. All products are kid-friendly, gluten-free, and paraben-free. Disposable liners are used in every foot spa for sanitation. 6. Liability Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC, its owners, and staff assume no liability for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage before, during, or after the event. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring waivers are signed prior to the party. 7. Photos & Media Bougie Bratz reserves the right to use photos/videos taken at events for promotional purposes. By signing the waiver, you grant permission for images of your child/guests to be used unless you opt out in writing before the event. 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled in the event of illness or emergencies, based on availability.
