From how far we travel to what to expect on the big day, here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about hosting your Bougie Bratz celebration.

What Area do You Service

We currently service the Pensacola area. Our packages include travel within a 25-mile radius of our zip code. If your party is outside of this area, just let us know — a travel fee may apply, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Will photos or videos be taken at the party?

Yes! We love capturing magical moments. Bougie Bratz reserves the right to use photos or videos from parties in our promotional materials. By signing the event waiver, you grant us permission to use images from your party.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life happens! If your child becomes ill or an emergency arises, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly reschedule your party for the next available date that works for both parties. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

What’s the protocol for arrival and departure?

Please encourage all guests to arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full experience. Parties begin and end at the scheduled time to keep everything running smoothly. Guests who arrive late will simply join in at whatever activity the group is on. To help us stay on track, please have all polish removed before the event.

How much is the deposit, and when is balance due?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party before festivities begin.

How do I confirm my RSVP?

Your final guest count is due three (3) days before your party. This ensures we bring the right supplies, products, and staffing. Guests added after this deadline will incur a $30 fee per child.

Need more time? Parties may be extended at booking for an additional fee: $50 per half hour or $100 per hour. Please note we arrive 30–60 minutes early for setup and require 30 minutes for breakdown.

What are your policies regarding accidents?

Safety is our top priority! However, Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC, its owners, and staff assume no responsibility for accidents, allergies, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after your party. We provide a safe environment and use spa products made for children that are gluten- and paraben-free. Parents are responsible for ensuring liability waivers are signed prior to the event.

Can the birthday girl’s family participate?

Our parties are designed around the birthday girl and her confirmed guest list. Additional siblings or children who attend without being included in the final headcount will be charged a $20 fee per child, even if supplies run short. Supplies and services are reserved only for confirmed guests.
