Our Bougie Bratz Policies

Booking Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before festivities begin.

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 3 days prior to your party. Additional guests will incur a fee of $20–$30 per child.

  • Travel within a 25-mile radius of Pensacola is included. A travel fee will apply for parties outside of this area.

  • Parties begin and end at the scheduled times. Guests arriving late will join in progress.

  • Extra time may be added if booked in advance: $50 per half hour or $100 per hour.

By booking with Bougie Bratz, you acknowledge and agree to these booking policies.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bougie Bratz spa services are for entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional salon services.

  • We do not cut, file, or push back cuticles, and no sharp tools are used. All products are kid-friendly, gluten-free, and paraben-free.

  • Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC, its owners, and staff assume no liability for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after your party.

  • A signed liability waiver is required for each child attending.

  • Bougie Bratz reserves the right to use photos and videos from parties for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • By booking, you agree to all policies and conditions outlined on this website.

Privacy Policy

  • At Bougie Bratz, your privacy matters. Here’s how we protect your information:

  • We collect personal details (like names, emails, and birthday months) only when voluntarily submitted through forms.

  • This information is used to confirm bookings, send important updates, and share exclusive promotions.

  • We will never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, or Square).

  • You can unsubscribe from our mailing list or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If your child is sick or an emergency arises, we will work with you to reschedule for the next available date.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or guests arriving late.

  • Payments already made may be applied as a credit toward a future party at our discretion.

  • We understand life happens and will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee refunds.

Liability & Safety Policy

  • All services provided by Bougie Bratz are for entertainment purposes only.

  • We do not cut or file nails, and no sharp tools are used during services.

  • All spa products are kid-friendly, gluten-free, and paraben-free.

  • Disposable liners are used in each foot spa to ensure proper sanitation.

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to the event.

  • Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions.
